Behind the Scenes :: the music we work to

Today’s post has very little to do with anything… but we thought we’d share with you another little behind the scenes glimpse into our day to day. While we do work together a lot, there are plenty of times during the week when we each work separately. Betty works at the studio most of the time, and Maggie splits her time between the studio and her home editing office. When the weddings are finished, and the work week begins, we hunker down and really start working on the tasks at hand. Editing of course needs to be completed, files need to be updated, albums ordered, print goods restocked, accounting records updated, blog posts written, etc. While these things go on we love to listen to music. Music has always played a huge role in our lives, and in our photography. It’s a source of inspiration to us, so it’s only natural that there’s always a song playing in our offices.
