Brides… those killer stilettos are stunning and LOVE them just as much as you do. They’re gorgeous and perfect, but can be major blister causing torture devices. This can become a problem when you need to walk. Your walk down the aisle is not the only time you’ll need to be moving around in those shoes. In fact, you’ll probably do a lot of walking during your portrait session. When we take our couples out for portraits, the best locations are not usually just outside the venue doors. Typically we’ve gotta get to a different spot to catch some great sunset light, which means we’re walking through open fields or we’re walking through town to get to a great backdrop. When it’s time to move, make sure you have shoes you can walk in. Make them comfortable, easy to slip on and off, and keep them on hand ready to go. Our assistant will carry your real shoes to slip back on once we get you into place for portraits. We promise, having a pair of shoes you can walk in will make your day so much better! Not only will you avoid pain, we’ll be able to finish portraits on time since you’ll be able to move easily and quickly from place to place.
Have a great Friday and an awesome weekend!
