We’re so excited to be back this Monday with a sneak peek at Lauren and Matt’s DC Wedding! These two were married at Sequoia along the waterfront in Georgetown in a gorgeous, light filled ceremony, personalized to their love story. Before making our way to Georgetown for the wedding, we stopped at the Lincoln Memorial for a little photo session. Photographing couples in the monuments is becoming our new favorite thing! It couldn’t have been a more delightful, heartfelt day and we can’t wait to share more with you later this week!
Sunday was spent visiting with the whole family, since we were lucky enough to have John and Mandy up for the weekend. There was lots of yummy food (as per usual with us) and time playing outside in the nicer than expected weather.
Another reason we’re excited to start this week, is because engagement sessions are starting again! Now that we’re into pretty steady “nice” weather, couples are getting out for sunset engagement sessions and we are happy to get back to those! You’ll start to see more and more engagement sessions on the blog as the weeks continue.
