It’s here! Launch day is officially upon us! If you’re new here, welcome and thanks for stopping by! Today is the first day of our new brand reveal! If you’ve been with us for a while, welcome back! You may notice things look different around here. Here on the blog, we decided to scale back and keep the design simple and clean. This blog is our living portfolio, and we wanted the images you see here to be the absolute focus. A minimalist design intended to focus on the work we share is what you’ll see here from now on! You can access our website directly from the blog now too! Essentially, you get to switch back and forth!
Once you head over to the official website, you’ll notice our designer took on the same approach to streamlining the design. Clean and bold, black and white lines are the base for our website design, with a home page we’re in love with! The boxes, rotating images, and bold texts that tell our story are what we love most about the website’s look. Uncluttered, magazine-like feel with an emphasis on the images. We hope you’ll check out the new website page by page, reading our descriptions, looking at all the images, and taking it all in! Our designer Katie, owner of Ribbon and Ink truly has a gift, and she’s been a huge source of inspiration for us! We clearly could not have done this without her! She did it all! Thank you so much Katie, for taking us to where we wanted to go with this brand. We owe it to you!
The thing we both seem to love the most out of the entire rebranding effort is our new logo! Isn’t it beautiful?! Katie really outdid herself with this part of the design, especially since we were so adamant that the logo stay nearly the same as it has been and not make too drastic of a change. She kept the essence of the original logo, but elevated it beautifully. We’re in love!
It’s time for us to take a step back and admire the work of our friend, and breathe a little after working to get to launch day! An official recap of the rebranding process will be on the blog in the coming days, but for now enjoy!
