A fantastic way to lose track of time

It’s that time of year again! Our friends over at Shoot and Share have just opened voting in their annual Shoot and Share Photo Contest! It’s so much fun! This free contest is open to anyone to submit their work. There are thousands, thousands of images submitted to this contest and the voting stage is just getting underway. There are so many photos, and because so many of us really enjoy the voting process, that the creators have decided to extend voting for a couple of weeks this year. That means you still have loads of time to join the fun and cast your votes! Every few days, photos are eliminated based on the lowest number of votes, and the contest narrows. Eventually, the winners are revealed one by one and it’s all just a lot of fun. We’ve entered several of our photos into this year’s contest, and to be honest, no one really takes this too seriously. There’s a lot more fun to be had when you see this contest as a form of group support, inspiration, and a chance to see what the world of photography was up to over the past year. These photos submitted are everyone’s best from the previous year, and it’s really fun to see trends, especially in weddings come up.
