It’s a boy!

Yesterday we had the good fortune of seeing a healthy and very active baby on the sonogram monitor. Little Baby (still working on a nickname for this one) is measuring about a week ahead of schedule in size and refused to sit still during the screening. We literally watched this baby do flips while the sonogram technician tried her hardest to get a clear picture of the profile. Needless to say, it didn’t work. But we were lucky enough to get a clear shot of the boy or girl question. And Maggie is having another boy!

A healthy baby is all we wanted, and even though that’s what everyone says it’s so true. No one could decide what their gut was telling them. Even Maggie went back and forth every day guessing boy or girl before yesterday’s sono. That’s probably because we truly had no preference. A boy will be wonderful for so many reasons, and we can’t wait to meet him. So keep those good thoughts coming as we get into the second half of the pregnancy!
