The day is here! We’ve poured over nominations to our 2016 Wedding Giveaway for the last few days and we are blown away! We have had the pleasure of reading some sweet, funny, unique, romantic, challenging, and inspiring love stories that have all led to proposals and wedding planning! Today we get to announce the finalists to our giveaway! It gets harder and harder each year to choose the finalists. This year was the hardest yet! We had more nominations than we’ve ever had before, making the task especially difficult. But our hearts were pulled towards these three couples. So… without further ado we are thrilled to announce the finalists!
Hooray! Congrats to all of you! NOW… here’s how voting is going to work this year. Pay close attention…
Voting takes place on Instagram.
At 5pm EST tonight, we will post 3 images to our Instagram account. Each photo will include the names of one couple. Here’s what they’ll look like:
To vote for your favorite couple, you must do the following on Instagram:
*Follow us @birdsofafeatherphotos
(Comments and Likes will only count from Instagram users who follow our account)
*Comment on the photo with the names of your favorite couple
(Comments are worth 3 points!)
*Like the photo of the names of your favorite couple
(Likes are worth 1 point!)
Voting begins 5pm EST on Friday August 5th.
Voting ends at 5pm EST Wednesday August 10th.
Winners will be announced Friday August 12th on the blog and on Instagram!
