He’s an avid sailor. She’s a girl with a heart for nature. Together, they are a perfect match. Melissa and Rich were married last Saturday at Cove Point in Southern Maryland, and it was a beautiful event. Melissa planned this wedding perfectly, and thought of every, tiny little detail. Nautical details were everywhere, and we loved it! Driftwood sailboats on the dinner tables, vintage masthead lanterns, oyster shells, classic navy and white stripe ribbon, anchors, rope details and our favorite of all… the bridesmaids lantern bouquets. Melissa had so many wonderful ideas, and she brought them together with elegance and refinement which can be hard to do. The location was a dream, and the weather was great, even if it was a bit windy. For this sailboat loving couple, we’re sure a little wind just made the day even more fun!
