Monday Minutes :: March 16, 2015

Good morning! After a fun weekend, it’s time for another Monday Minutes!

Saturday was the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa Bridal Show. It was Maggie’s first time back to a bridal show after having the new baby, and her first day away from him. Good news… they both survived 😉 It was wonderful to meet and chat with so many new Brides and Grooms at the show. The 2016 couples are in full blown planning mode! We also learned a bit of useful information at this show. If you make friends with the servers in charge of the passed hors d’oeuvres, they will visit your booth twice. Needless to say, we survived on crab balls all day.

Yesterday we were up before the sun for the Casey Jones Shamrock 5K Run/Walk. We were an official sponsor of the event, and so we wanted to come out and be a part of the race day! Betty took photos, and Maggie had the baby to feed so neither of us ran in the race, but Sweet Cheeks and his Daddy did! We’ll have more photos from the race later this week. It was a great time and we plan on doing it every year from now on!
