There are these little dreams we have, things we hope we get to see one day all surrounding the weddings we photograph. Little things. Not a dream venue or bucket list destination wedding, things that mean more than that. Two of those things happened right in front of us on Tricia and Robert’s wedding day. The first? This couple got ready together. Yes, the most romantic thing we can imagine is a Groom zipping a Bride into her wedding dress, and a Bride straightening his tie. Well, it happened and it was everything we dreamed it would be. The next? Well… we’ve always had a love for Billie Holiday, and “Come Rain or Come Shine” is on our favorites list. Although a rainy wedding day causes some major changes in plans, it can still be stunning and romantic and even better than anyone could have imagined. So, when we heard that Tricia and Robert were still searching for their First Dance song, we subtly suggested, because of the rain outside, they dance to “Come Rain or Come Shine”. Guess what? It stuck, and they found their song. This wedding will steal your heart…
