This past Friday, we traveled out to one of the most gorgeous venues in the DC area, Airlie in Warrenton, VA, for Caitlin and Brian’s big day. We met these two over a year ago and we knew right away that their wedding was going to be the kind we really love to be a part of. Caitlin is funny, calming, kind, and a go with the flow type of person who never lets anything become too big of an issue… like a 50% chance of dangerous thunderstorms on her wedding day. Brian is her perfect match, and he’s so similar in his outlook on life. They just go so well together, and it was refreshing to see an effortless kind of love. They just know… each one knows how much they are loved by the other. That’s how it’s supposed to be! So even though the ceremony was moved indoors to be safe, they ended up with a rain free day for the most part! We got through the majority of portraits with one eye on the sky. After playing it safe and ducking inside for a few minutes to let some really dangerous clouds pass, we were right back out for more! The bridal party was such a pleasure to spend the day with too, and they all made us feel like a part of the group as well! Here are some favorites from their wedding day…
Caitlin and Brian… how amazing was this day?! Everything was just perfect, and you two were the icing on the cake.
