Lisa and Jarratt :: St. Mary’s City Wedding Photography

The weather was warm, the breeze was cool. The bridal suite was calm but had the low hum of excitement running through it. After a morning of getting ready, the afternoon rolled around and it was time to make our way to Historic St. Mary’s City. Lisa and Jarratt chose to do a First Look with their sweet baby boy and there wasn’t a dry eye around. After a series of portraits in a gorgeous tree lined pathway it was ceremony time. The couple said their vows along the water in the warm early evening. As the sun started to go down it was time to toast the new couple, dance and enjoy the night. The reception decor was created by TreBella Events, and Shawn outdid herself this time. The decor and florals were outstanding! A sunset session to end all sunset sessions took place, and thanks to some left over rose petals from the ceremony site and several guests willing to throw them, we have what will be a favorite portrait for a long time. Lisa and Jarratt, it feels like we’ve known you for much, much longer than is reality. You are the kind of people who can make anyone feel at ease, and at home.
