Cat and Gordon :: Elkridge Furnace Inn Wedding

If we’ve ever seen a “love story”, this is one for the books 😉 Cat and Gordon’s wedding was truly a visual and emotional portrayal of their love for one another. Every element was thoughtfully arranged, and their book themed wedding was simply lovely. Vintage books adorned their table tops, books were incorporated into the Bridal details, and our favorite part of their theme was their first dance song… “The Book of Love”. It was perfect! The vintage appeal of Cat’s ensemble was just the right addition to the vintage books. She missed nothing and nailed her look. Gordon was dapper in his bow tie and always a true Gentleman. Although a sunny day would have been nice, there was something appropriate about the rain that came down that day. Think about it… some of the best scenes from romantic movies happen in the rain. There’s something so romantic about a story told in the rain, a couple kissing under an umbrella without a care. We think it was just one more element that made their day so special. Take a look…

Thank you for allowing us into your lives. Thank you for telling us to get out on the dance floor. Thank you for putting so much thought into your wedding. Thank you for putting a priority on your photography. Thank you for loving each other so sweetly, and thank you for getting out into the rain for some romantic photos.
