Hey ya’ll! It’s Friday and as promised we are announcing the 5 winners of our “Thank you for getting us to 1,000 fans on Facebook” giveaway! No, this little giveaway is not nearly as exciting as the recent Mega Millions… but it’s still fun! Before we get to the winners, here’s a little recap of what we’ve been up to this past week:
Last weekend we got to hang out with the entire family, and we convinced the boys to do a “family craft night”. Yes that’s right, a family craft night and it was so fun. We drew all over white coffee mugs with sharpie pens in an effort to live out our Pinterest boards one art project at a time. They didn’t turn out too darn bad! Over the weekend we also finished up some Christmas shopping and fit in a consultation with a 2015 couple, as well as a Plume Boudoir session at the studio before the weekend was over.
The rest of this week went by so fast! We feel like it should still be Tuesday! We got a lot accomplished this week, and we spent most of our time meeting with 5 new couples preparing for their 2014 and 2015 weddings. This time of year is so exciting for us because we get to meet so many incredible new couples and we start really looking forward to the upcoming year. There were also a lot of hours spent hauling boxes of packaging products up the stairs to our studio, unpacking everything then sorting and stacking it in our storage room. Boxes, birds nests, ribbon, and spanish moss galore! A big batch of wedding gifts went out to our Fall couples, the Lady at the Post Office got to know us really well, and we worked on quite a few features for publication in the coming year. Alright, now it’s time for the fun stuff. Let’s announce the names of the 5 Facebook fans who have been drawn! We went through our Facebook fan list last night and drew these 5 names at random. In case you’re wondering how we did this, we literally closed our eyes, scrolled a few times on our mouse while it hovered over the list, then clicked on a name. That name became a winner! We did that 5 times going through the entire list to get our 5 winners. So here they are!
