first snow

It may have been more sleet than snow, but for a few minutes yesterday Sweet Cheeks did a happy dance at the sight of this year’s first fluffy white flakes . We try not to have our cameras out all day long, so we can live in the day to day moments of our own lives… but we’re glad Maggie ran for the camera for this one  😉

This weekend marked the official start of our Holiday break. We put on dresses and heels and attended a dear friend’s wedding as actual guests. We wobbled… oh boy did we wobble. Yesterday we decorated our homes, ate a lot of yummy food and watched too much TV (the Christmas variety of course). Today we have some editing to finish up, a lot of research to do on a new laptop, equipment to send out for cleaning, and 2015 consultations to prepare for.

Don’t forget, today is the beginning of our “slow season” schedule. All this behind the scenes work doesn’t make for a lot of photos to share with you, so the blog will not be updated daily this time of year. We did an entire post about this so check it out to stay up to date with our blogging schedule. Of course we’ll have things to share with you during the slow season, so don’t go too far.
