Happy Monday! We hope everyone had a great 4th of July holiday and weekend! Ours was a lot of fun and we enjoyed every minute of it! This weekend was odd for us because it was the first in almost 3 months we did not have a wedding or major shooting event. With it being wedding free, we had even more time to relax with family. We even got in a pool side business meeting! In fact, we were so thrown off by the extra day we found ourselves confusing what day it was pretty often, it’s just not normal to be home on a Saturday!
Even though we didn’t have a wedding to photograph this weekend, we’ll have plenty of photos to share with you. Two engagement sessions were shot this weekend, and this evening (if we don’t get rained out) we’ll be photographing a dear friend’s maternity session! So stay tuned this week for lots of fun stuff!

Angie and Kraig’s Old Town Alexandria engagement session couldn’t have had a better evening. The sun was perfect and the breeze from the water was just enough to keep everyone from sweating to death.
Olga and Peter’s engagement session in Annapolis was so fun and turned out to be a stunning night for photos. Even though the random rain showers mixed things up a bit… we ended up having a wonderful session!
We’ll also be showing you some photos from the 4th of July, and all the fun Sweet Cheeks got into. He is still screaming “Happy 4th of July!” hoping it means he’ll get to see fireworks again.
