Clearly, we’re having lots of fun these days because time seems to be flying by! It feels like we were just here blogging Kelly and Jordan’s wedding , and now we’re back again to share previews from another awesome weekend! Hopefully this fun keeps up, but we would love for the summer to slow down a bit and give us a chance to really enjoy it all! There are still 5 more weddings in our line up before we hit our mid year break, and we’re ready for them! This is the season we thrive in, the height of wedding season, and we’re just so excited for all that’s to come!
This weekend was spent in Old Town Alexandria. By chance, both our Saturday wedding and Sunday engagement session took place in one of our most loved towns. It was so fun to spend the whole weekend strolling through the old city streets taking lots of photos! We started off with Lara and Seth’s wedding at the Athenaeum in Old Town. It was the perfect early summer wedding, with an ivy covered courtyard ceremony, an intimate guest list, delicious food, and lots of dancing! This is the most laid back couple of all time (and we know we say that a lot)! We’ll be working on this wedding and we can’t wait to share more soon!
Yesterday, after a few new couple meetings, we headed back into Old Town to once more, walk around and take some engagement portraits of Elana and Ryan. They were naturals together in front of the camera and we’re loving all of this session! More to come on the blog later this week!
