Lauren and Chris :: Maryland Wedding Photography

After what felt like a month of nothing but rainy weather here in Maryland, having the perfect weather for Lauren and Chris’ wedding day was delightful. Warm but not hot, sunny with a constant breeze off the water. It was truly a gorgeous day, and for more reasons than the weather. Maria’s Love Point is a sweet bed and breakfast on Kent Island with a gorgeous property that sits on the water. Lauren was a classic beauty and Chris looked awesome in his tux and coral bow tie. The Bridesmaids and Groomsmen were so attentive to both Lauren and Chris, doing all they could to make the day memorable, fun and run smoothly. The parents and family of the Bride and Groom were a joy to get to know as we spent the day with them, and we learned why Lauren and Chris are such kind hearted people. As the couple said their vows under a tree, just steps from the water we had to hide behind our cameras a few times and hold back some happy tears. Then, after a gorgeous sunset session, the couple danced the night away with great music, delicious food, and the best ice cream we’ve ever tasted! Lauren and Chris… oh what a day this was! We truly had the best time with you all day long, watching each stage of the wedding day unfold. You are both so lucky to have found such a kind, considerate, gentle partner in life. You both love not only each other, but your family and friends the way everyone should… with gratitude and joy. Your vows were beautiful and absolutely our favorite part of the day! Cherish each other always, and keep on dancing (because you’re both really good at it!)
